New Product Showcase
ARA's New Product Showcase
offer exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their newest products
in a high traffic area at the front of the show. Only new products
(not shown before January 1, 2012) may be displayed. Exhibitors
request space by returning this form, including a description of
the product.
All applicants with new products are accepted unless otherwise notified.
Exhibitors participating are responsible for setting up and staging
their displays in the New Product Showcase. Displays should be attractive
and must be set up by 7pm on Tuesday, March 6. Any display not set
up by this time may not be showcased. Products may not be removed
from the cases until the close of the Show at 3pm on March 9. ARA
is not responsible for items left in the cases after that time.
How do I select a display window?
A random drawing is held on move-in day, Tuesday, March 6 at 10am
to determine window selection. A representative from your company
must be present to participate in the drawing. Any companies not
participating in the initial drawing are assigned one of the remaining
displays on a first come, first serve basis.
What do these displays look like? Each participating company is assigned a window display
case approximately 37 inches wide x 38 inches deep x 19 inches high. Each window is lit
and fully enclosed.
What is the cost and how many display windows can I purchase? Each display window is $425.
You may display more than one product in a display window, as long as each product is new.
You may purchase more than one display window.
How are the showcases judged?
The ARA Awards Committee will be judging each showcase and awarding ribbons
for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The showcases will be judged based upon the overall
attractiveness of the display. All showcases are automatically entered into the contest.
